Looking for a specific scene from Evangelion

Ok, I'm looking for the scene in Evangelion where Shinji freaks out on Asuka and starts choking her (it's for a wallpaper I want to make in Photoshop), but I can't seem to remember where it is. I skimmed through End of Evangelion, because I could have sworn it was from there, but unless I wasn't looking hard enough I think it's a scene in the series itself. My original inclination was that it would be in the last five episodes or so, given that that's the darkest part of the series, but skimming through those episodes didn't give me any results either.

I can't for the life of me remember when that happened so could someone point me in the right direction?

The scene you are looking for is indeed from End of Evangelion. Check the second half of the movie (most likeley near the end).

Ahh, that would explain it. I didn't check the second half, because considering what happens at the beginning of the second half it didn't seem logical. I haven't watched it for a while.

I believe that's at the very end of End of Evangelion.

Yes, very end of End of Evangelion. Right before the screen turns white and she says something...

...even though she died an hour ago.
