Anyone know if Ouran Koukou Host Club has been dubbed into english????

No, it hasn't even been liscensed yet. The fact that Lunar is subbing it (and they usually drop liscenses like a bad habbit) and animesuki is tracking it (they do the same thing) are both clear give-a-ways of that fact. If/when it is liscensed, it will probably take a year or two (depending on scheduals) to get it on DVD.
