it seems like anime creators arn't puting enough thought into their series and it irks me to see such brazen plot holes! you know you've seen them, so share with us, what plot holes realy get under your skin?

maybe it's just me...but I could hardly stand to watch Record of Lodoss War.
the whole thing is a big plot hole...it manages to take any plot that you might be able to normally precieve and throws it in a blender (with some salmon and a few blueberries), puts it on puree and force feeds it to you.
The story between episodes is almost non existant. It feels like months, sometimes even years pass between episodes without explaination.
one episode: Parn meets Deed
next episode: Deed dresses up for Parn and gets mad when he doesn't say that she looks nice
episode after that: they're going to another town, and the town they were in gets owned
the only part I really liked about it was the opening/ending themes

ahh but if you read the manga much of the Record of Lodos time gaps will be filled, but you may be disapointed...
this always gets me, many many shows do this, too many to count...
when the 'super hero char' changes into his costume in half a milisecond. sometimes they don't even have their costumes with them! and the enemies, what do they do when the 'transformation sequence' is occuring. hell if I had tenticles coming out my toes and blades on my forearms I would be slashin at that catchphrase calling costume caping buffoon!
