Wow, that was ridiculously bloody! Brings back the good ol' "Ninja Scroll" days. :roll:

It's pretty much mindless entertainment, but I expected that. Though it was pretty fun to watch.

Afro Samurai? I have a sword, and I remember when I used to have an afro, till I permed it. One of my friends said the animations were as hot as hell but another said she hated it. I'm gonna check for myself.

No lie it was pretty intense. I mean cutting a bullet to kill 5 guys is a nice way to start things off. Talk about brutal killings, think of Samurai X but more senseless blood. As far as the art style I would say its a mix of that Boondocks episode with the blind samurai + Shamploo + a cookie.
