Hey, Happy New Year.
I value your opinions here, and require suggestions.

1. Love Hina- love that show, everything about it, would like some suggestions for similar shows.

2. Elfen Lied- bloody, emotional, you get the point, suggestions welcome.

3. Paranoia Agent- Dark, mysterious, unusual, looking for suggestions also.

So you want shows recommended to you that are kinda like those?

I've never seen Love Hina but it reminds me of Tenchi Muyo so you might want to check that out, preferably one of the older series are better than the new.

Have you seen the anime movie Blood: The Last Vampire? It's pretty dark and violent.

And if you like Love Hina, check out Negima!? A friend recommended that to me, as it was made by the same people who made Love Hina.

Paranoia Agent, Try Satoshi Kon's movies. Perfect Blue, Tokyo Godfathers, Millenium Actress, and look out for Paprika this year.

Also try Akira for more mind tripping.

Also, if you like Elfen Lied and Paranoia Agent, you might want to check out Le Portrait de Petite Cossette. It has some elements of both.
