I have not heard that spirted away was over rated. of couse I have not heard much bout it. it was pretty good though

Timeless im not arguing this just put down what you think the most over rated anime is. I'll drop spirited away but im keeping Eva up there.

BASTARD is way over rated. The manga is interesting but the anime was horrible.

Actually, I kind of liked Bastard.

Sakura Wars was a big letdown but I don't think it was overhyped to begin with.

Metropolis is way over rated. If even one person likes it, it's overrated, because it blows, but all I ever hear is "Metropolis is awesome." I assure those of you who haven't seen it that it is NOT awesome, it sucks quite a lot.

I enjoyed metropolis....but I will say, watch it at your own risk. It's a hit or totally miss movie.

hmmm...

Ceres, Berserk, Love Hina, Utena, Angel Sanctuary, and Shamanic Princess were pretty overrated. I thought they all kinda sucked.
