Name that anime...

Not a game… but I really want to know what the name of the anime I came across in a japanese jump manga. Just three screens to go off of, but let me know if I could scan somthing else to help...

Well, according to the first image, it's Kami to Sengoku Seitokai, which is a manga currently without an anime adaptation.
