I think it could be Trunks from Dragonball Z or Dante from Devil May Cry.

...well if you're talking strength, there is no contest between trunks and Goku, and you know that if you've actually seen dbz, saying Trunks is plain stupidity..

In general terms, I'd say Alucard..considering hes immortal and all that..
