A quick question about Samurai Jack

I was wondering if Samurai Jack is a legitimate "anime" to use in an AMV.
Essentially, i believe it was made entirely in America, but just has a lot of Asian / anime style to it...

I do have a good idea for an AMV with the show, but if it won't count as an "AMV" and more like a "cartoon music video" then I won't waste my time O__O

Samurai Jack isn't anime because the company is American

it's ok to include parts of samurai jack in an amv so long as the majority of the amv has actual anime in it, there are a number of amvs which use short clips from american cartoon series, it just cant be entierly made up of american cartoons.
