I heard that on Toonami a couple of time so I disided I'd put it on here.
I would have to say Vegita hands down.

Vegeta is a good choice, but Spike is more of a BADASS then anyone in cartoon network, except Inu-yasha.

Legato!

see knives who is more powerfull and a more wicked mind is a good choice above him but he was a weekness. Knives is driven by his own emotions and choices, he can be fucked with in the head. Legato just takes orders and will cause ultimate unlimited destruction with out a second thought of what ever he's told. That's why I think Legato.

Not sure if I would say that but I would say that Char was the most badass character around. I dont go by how powerful they but what they can actaully accompish. Char crashed an astroid into the Earth. Thats just cool.
