uhm, well nobody can discuss illegal ones here but I think the ones you listed are pretty ok (I'm not sure where crunchyroll gets their licensing but TAnet is ADV I suppose... or what used to be ADV? and is now just USSADV 
I guess) some others you can try are funimation.com and search anime on hulu.com. Hulu tends to have the funimation stuff however, but it also has other stuff... those two don't charge but submit you to commercials as of last I checked.
Oh yeah I think g4tv.com still has rahxephon and maybe last exile still... but I have no clue where. It'd all probly be on Hulu though. If your not American I hear you can't get Hulu unless you go through a dns server.
