Hi, I'm looking for new main characters- I mean series!
I'm looking for shonen fantasy/action/adventure type stuff. (think the kind of things you'd see in RPG like Kingdom Hearts and Legend of Zelda) No hentai, yaoi or other mature works. It can have romance, but not so much that it invades the story and ruins it. (If you know Tokyo Underground, that's the highest level of romance I'm going to allow) Bonus points for series like Pokemon, Digimon, Beyblade, Yu-Gi-Oh, etc. where people battle and stuff, and if it's not "kiddish" I'll give you a cookie! I'd prefer it if the main character was male between the ages of 10 and 15.
I've been looking all over for such series but can't find any good ones. They're all weird! Help!

You might like Tower of Druaga: that's pretty much wholesome fantasy, though I personally didn't find it very interesting.
If you're alright with mechas, than I'd suggest The Vision of EscaFlowne.

When you mentioned "Kingdom Hearts", I immediately thought of Tsubasa: Resevoir Chronicles. It's sort of like CLAMP's answer to KH, since the characters travel to other worlds to find the main female protagonist's memories, which have taken the form of feathers.
