IC4: THE REPLACEMENT JUDGE

So I woke up to a PM from MimS letting me know that his computer monitor is dead. He doesn't have a replacement, nor can he afford one at the moment, and he doesn't know when he'll be able to get another one. Obviously this won't be a permanent problem so I don't want to replace him permanently, but we do have matches coming up that need to be judged, so I am putting in a temporary replacement.

I put this forth on IRC, and Kitsuner graciously offered to be the temp judge. So yay :O Until MimS returns, Kit will be our 5th judge. Thanks buddy.
