Re: The Online AMV Iron Chef Tournament v4.0 - ROUND ONE!
Match 24 finished up earlier today, and match 42 (the 2nd half of it anyway) is happening right now. So I should have results for those sometime tomorrow, unless we hit a 2-2 tiebreaker. In which case, I will need to find my 5th judge (and I'll say it now, I'm not looking for volunteers. I will be asking people).
Just to let everybody know, we have a new replacement judge. Fresh off of his Iron Editor win at Sakuracon, Scott Grasso (Pwolf) has graced us with his kingly presence and is our new judge. A huge thanks goes out to him!
All that's left now for round 1 is match 1 (2nd half of it) and match 30 (which was supposed to happen today. Unfortunately, Jasper ran into hardcore last minute computer issues which she is working on getting fixed).
So with that said, I anticipate that 100% of the round 1 matches will be completed within the week. SO! If you would like to go ahead and get in contact with your round 2 competitor and start figuring out your schedules, you may do so. The earliest I will allow matches to be scheduled for is 12:00am CDT, Friday, April 29th. I plan to have the Round 2 thread up by that point. And if you watched all the way to the end of Episode One, you know that I will be revealing the "theme" of Round 2 in the next episode, which should hopefully be out by the end of the day tomorrow, or Monday.

Re: The Online AMV Iron Chef Tournament v4.0 - ROUND ONE!
Oh hey guys. I have a couple match results :O
Match 24: Otohiko vs. Mkid
Otohiko's Source: Paradise Kiss 1-5
Mkid's Source: Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin 2-6
Song: Metronomy - A Thing For Me (Breakbot Remix)
WINNER: Mkid
Match 42: Infinity Squared vs. Guy07
Infinity Squared's Source: Angel Beats 1-5
Guy07's Source: Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence
Song: Of Oceans - In Love, Not Limbo
WINNER: Infinity Squared
:O Congrats all! Both matches were quite close (though honestly that's become the norm in these matches).
So we have match 30 scheduled to happen tomorrow (Jasper-Isis vs. Hasteroth). I am still waiting to hear back from Kaream on what he's planning on doing. If I don't hear back from him by sometime tomorrow, I will be bringing in an alternate. Nevertheless, as I stated before, please feel free to contact your opponents and start scheduling your Round 2 matches. The sooner we can get these matches done, the better.

Grats Mkid
You had a tougher job than I did with your source, and honestly your editing was better. I made one big mistake, went for a video that was far too long. That's what happens when you IC for the first time and can't estimate your abilities correctly >__>
Ah well. I guess I'll watch from the sidelines now. Good show etc.

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Haha, ey, thanks dude. Good job with yours. I initially told Brad I'd just wing this on audio edit but then you did a nice one with yours too.

I'm starting to feel glad I missed the cutoff date. Wouldn't want to get mixed up with the Mob.
