Is it just me or did the room# for the meet and greet not get posted? I thought I looked at everything but i could be wrong.

Hi everyone, so we finally have some details about where to go for our amv meet and greet

The amv lounge will be in room 2236 on the tower side of the street.
There are a few challenges we will have due to the new hotel and its layout and procedures.
First, you cannot get to the 22nd floor without a specific room key, all elevators must have one.
Our plan right now is to have a amv escort on the 2nd floor of the tower side who will swipe and give you access to the floor.
Second, the room is not in a regular location. Once on the 22nd floor go to the windows and follow the hallway, the room is on the right side.
Third and final, the room is slightly smaller than the one we had last year, I think it can still work, we are all friendly and we still have great facilities and lots of seats.

I look forward to seeing everyone there and hope everyone has a great time. I have ordered lots of pizza, picked up lots of drinks so let's have a great time!

I like this idea, I'll see what I can come up with. Maybe even have a little fun with it. I'll keep everyone posted.

I might be having a +1 after all as my dads gf is coming to con and, as it's her first, I don't think I'd feel comfortable leaving her on her own. Sorry for late notice.

Just a heads up, the room is significantly smaller than last year so if people want to stagger when they show up that is perfectly cool with me lol Everyone is still welcome and there should be more than enough pizza and such, but yeah, very tight fit.
