Paizuri: Wuss. People from this part of the country really have no idea what cold really is. It's only a couple blocks away. Wear a jacket and deal with it. You can always get soup and coffee for brunch.

iserlohn: Churl. The forecast for this Saturday is 22-31 degrees fahrenheit with rain/freezing rain, 100% chance of precipitation. I am sure it may be colder in whatever accursed frozen waste that you hail from, but I try to live a life of comfort when at all possible. That being said, I have a car and am not afraid to use it. Although if I did use it, it wouldn't be to that godawful diner where their soup is so much like water that I really can't tell the difference. 8)

Well, in that case, there's always delivery. Seriously, though, something will happen. As far as a meeting place, though, how does the lobby near the main doors sound? That'll give people space to get out from the early AMV screening and find each other. We can then get a list of places to eat from the front desk and figure out what we're doing. As a last resort, we could always pay twice as much and eat in the hotel's restaurant.

It's -32 °C here with windchill. That's -26 °F. That's slightly chilly!

Jeez! It rarely gets below 70 in TX. :p
