At any rate:

FYI on Friday evening. Lots of AMV stuff so I don't think it could be done as a Fri dinner. Panel Starts at 5:15pm and after that is AMV judging screening.

I'm not certain yet when I'd be available for something like this. Saturday is probably best bet (as previously suggested) for most folks I'd guess. But don't factor me in this. With such a low reponse so far it might be best to just arrange it at con. Plus there's always the issue of where to go and the arrangement of transpo.

I agree. Basically all of you wil be at the pane and/or prejudge right? We can talk then and there, although keep Saturday Lunch in mind or something.

By the way ... has everyone else who has submitted videos via OtakuVideo's web site see "Unknown" as the status of their video? Just want to make sure that it's not just me...

Wait a second. What the hell is with that schedule? The Main Programming schedule lists the AMV screening on Saturday, but the Live Programming schedule lists it on Friday ...

I hope it won't be on Friday, I won't make it there until like 11

Friday is the PRE-JUDGE. This is where they screen all the entries and which get in the contest for Saturday Morning. Also gives the opportunity to show ALL the entries.

Yeah, that's what my uploaded video is sitting at as well. I believe Quu is hoping to get through and test the videos that have been uploaded today or tomorrow....

I'll be there at ACen. I was actually wondering if I could be a judge in the AMV contest. I'm not entered in the contest, because my videos aren't "at least half anime," so I was wondering if I could be a judge at least. I think we should all wear the AnimeMusicVideos.org badge, so that we can identify each other.
