Sharing Rooms at Otakon 2004

Hi there.

I'm planning to go to Otakon this year end on July. I can get there fairly cheap (I'm going through 3 states) but the hotles are abit expensive.

Is there anybody going to Otakon that would be willing to share a room with myself for the duration of the convention ?

The cheapest I got was Knights Inn for $60 a night. There are some places that asks $240 per night

I'll be needing 5 day's accomodation cause I'm arriving 1 day before the convention and leaving 1 day after. If the person wants to stay only for the duration of the convention (i.e 3 days) that's fine as well. I'll the pay for the 2 days on my own and we could split the 3 days.

Thanx alot for any help.

P.S. I want to register the rooms now cause that would save alot on transport costs and such.

gypsy, why the heck are you going to Georgia? Otakon is in Baltimore Maryland. Have you registered yet?? I am from Michigan as well. I live about an hour from Lansing. My buddy and I are going for sure as I already paid for the hotel. I know this is kind of an old post, so what is your status on the con...are you still going?

Maybe MI means something besides Michigan. If it does let me know, but in any case I am from Michigan. So, if thats where you are going let me know.
