It only goes to prove that New Jersey is a black hole of all that is evil =P

But yeah, I definately can't wait to come back. Meri, about the AMV contest, was live-action allowed...? I don't remember the rules and I'm having trouble getting the old ANext site to load for some reason.

I guess it would depend on the context of the video. What kinda live-action video were you thinking of?

In terms of the actual rules, Mike and I were hoping to get the rules all written up and sent to the site this week.

It's begging, begging for a video to be done...

Cool! BTW, I tried sending mail to the amv@animenext.org account that was set up last year, but the message was bounced by hotmail?

Hmm, that's very odd. I wonder if our mailbox got full over there. If you have any questions about the contest this year, and you mail us but your message gets bounced back, PM me on this board, and let me know, and I can try to answer your question.

If the footage is somehow used in conjunction with anime footage, we'd accept it, no problem. However, we currently are unable to include straight-up live-action videos in the contest, since we only have two hours of space to fill.

... and now that we've managed to steer way off topic, any AnimeNEXT AMV contest questions in the future should be directed to myself or VegettoEX. Thanks! :)

Well, with FMA out this year, he's a hot commodity. Tiffany Grant is a great talent, but I'm surprised she's getting so much face time at conventions still.
