I wanna go to the convention..can you tell me where it takes place? Other than it's in Toronto..

in the doubletree plaza and the toronto congree center and i think it starts the week after Victoria Day break.

Anime North Is at the Toronto Congress Center, 650 Dixon Road, and at the Doubletree International Plaza Hotel, 655 Dixon Rd. (directly across the street).

If you're coming from out of town- the hotels are a little pricey... It might be wise to hook up with some friends or whomever just to lower the cost.

I'd love to go... but getting to and from the place is going to be nuts. My friends are the real Anime lovers... they've already come up with a plan... something about them staying in a van on the road and every hour someone has to get up and put a quarter into the parking metre. *odd look* The things people will do for Anime...

Well, the hotel this year is right across from the TCC, as opposed to 20 min down the road, so I don't think you'll need to stick with the van plan, Twiglefix.

Oh that note- who's working on what? Considering the contest rules still aren't out yet.... -_-;;;;

hehehehe, I just cant wait for it.......still trying to pick a char to cosplay as but I"ll find one.....any ideas? lol I'll be staying at a hotle so I'll be there all weekend too! lol hotles are best when sharing with 3 or 4 people then its only like $36 each.......well that what it wa for me and my friends last year.

No question im definetly going, me and my freinds are going to enter a contest were u act out a skit and since one of my freinds are going as inuyasha and the other as kagome (yes they are boyfreind and girlfreind) i think i might go as kouga bcuz then we could have a pretty easy skit with lots of ideas lol, although the only thing holding me back is im not to fond of wearing skirts.... in public...
