It's been the biggest con on the East Coast for a while now, but it wasn't the biggest in the whole country until 2003. Before that, Anime Expo had held the spot for a few years.

I'm going

I'll be there in cosplay form. Fortunately for me, I don't need a room since I live in Baltimore. I wish I could do something else for Otakon. Well it's only several months away, so I'll think of something.

I'm 99% sure I'll be there with something submitted into the AMV contest. If all goes well, I should be there as Miki from Revolutionary Girl Utena, so look for me ^_~

Hope to be there again this year. It was easily one of the best conventions I've gone to and had an awesome time.

Hopefully have something ready for the contest as well.

I went last year (first con) and I had a GREAT time. Even though some people said it wasn't the best con they had been to...well I still had a good time. :) But since I am the only real nerd in the family, my only way of getting there is to tag along with friends.

That being said, it all depends on if Scintilla's dad is nice enough to take everyone down again. :P

Ohhhh, it'll go well, I'm on the job. ;)

The sibs and I have a room at, oh, somewhere closeish. Holiday Inn? I think so. Anyway, errr, yeah. Last year has established the psychological need for an extremely geeky road trip at least once a year.

May cosplay, may not; not entering any vids (don't HAVE any vids right now). Will be there, wandering around and burning more money than I can afford. See you there. Look for the cow. 8)

I think I'm going. It'll give me something to look forward to at the end of July.
