BTW: if anyone needs a lift from the airport I have to pass by there anywho so drop me an IM or an Email and let me know, I don't have a whole lot of room so hopefully we can work something out.

Let's just say working things out with Carrabba's is going slower than expected. So I'm just going to start taking RSVPs and see what happens from there. Everyone will get fed, one way or another (I do have a secondary plan if nesscary). Dinner will be at no earlier than 9:00 PM.

Who Is Invited

If you are an AMV creator attending AWA then you are invitied to the AMV dinner. Please note that this is not an official AWA event. If you have a friend or significant other with you at the con who you would prefer to not leave alone Thursday night they are welcomed to join us as well. That being said our numbers is an issue this year so please don't bring your entire posse if they are not AMV creators.

How To RSVP

You must RSVP by September 22 to make sure we have enough room for you at dinner. Please send an email to red_wolf@mac.com with the following info:

Your name (real and studio would be helpful)
Your guest's name
Will you have access to a car Thursday night?

Please use an email account you check regularly since that will be how I send out any important updates. All RSVPs must be done via email so I can keep track of everyone who is coming.

Stay Tuned

Details on when and where we'll meet will be announced once plans are finalized. All final announcements will be made by the Tuesday before AWA.

No problem. I have had a couple of reports of emails to me bouncing but I am still receiving, from what I can tell, the majority of my emails. If anyone else runs into a problem then just PM me.
