Just an update on some of the improvements of VAT for this year.

We've succeeded in securing a ceiling mounted projection AND screen. A couple more rows of seating will be possible for those who like it up close and personal with the sound system too.

Also, there will be 2 amv dances to keep folks busy at night friday and saturday, and with the ceiling mount, the usable floor area will be much bigger (for those who even care about such things). Along with a tower of fans to help with the circulation problems of that room.

I'm eager to see these new things being used.

: P No. Long distance = fuck that. I figured that out completely 2 and a half years ago (beyond that, and not that I expect anyone other than me to keep up with my relationships, the thing with that Canadian girl ended in like 2005). She lives in Richmond Hill, about 20 minutes from my college.

Here's the basic thing. That Friday she's going on a field trip with her Mamology (or maybe it's Zoology) class to some thing that's not open to the public. All I really know is that it has Cheetahs. If she skips out on the field trip, her professor is requiring a 10-15 page paper.

seriousbusiness.

Can I bring my 100 watt tube amp with me this year? I might need some help lugging it around, it's pretty fucking heavy <.<

Absolutely you can, if you don't mind it becoming a suppository.

Or at least where the sun don’t shine, either way no one will watch it for you. Plus it gets in the way when cramming 100+ editors into a small restaurant. This includes obnoxious personal effects like guitars, amps, vehicles and B.O.

I should be able to attend as well, assuming I have cash left over by then to buy dinner with. :D

Edit: After readin that list of editors thats gonna be there, Count me in for sure. I'll be there even if I have to rob a bank to get the cash to do it. :P

and cheesecake is fine, though I'm pretty much ok with anywhere.

No Atlanta editor has a viable excuse not to make it

They have just under 2 weeks, computers, and access to Weird Science on DVD.
Clones make good grunt workers and even greater pets.

My stance remains
