I registered for panels and am waiting for a reply as well.
In previous years I received an immediate response that my request was received, then I got an email a few weeks before AX, when the schedule was being finalized, saying my panel had be accepted.

I already got the response from mine within 5 minutes. Awaiting confirmation for if it's a go.

I just resubmitted my panel requests and got an reply right away. So I think something went wrong with my original submission. I had submitted right after the form went live, so maybe it wasn't working quite right yet.

Watch AX set the Meet and Greet panel at the same time as amv contest. 
I think they did this to the DDR Project one year when it played against the amv contest.
