If you're running Mac OS X at work you can watch the documentary. Download the docs and then download AVI2MOV

http://homepage.mac.com/occ/DIV-OSX.dmg.sit

That program will convert the documentaries (and many other AVI based videos) to QuickTime movie format. Works great.
