400 bucks!!! :shock: There has to be something cheaper than that in the area. A Motel 6 should be around there somewhere. :?

I don't know the area at all, and I don't want to make a reservation somewhere without knowing where it is. :-P

There was this one place that was on the same street but on the 300 block... Where as Ushicon was is on the 700 block...

They didn't take online reservations..
($65/day for Thursday & Friday - $75/day for Saturday & Sunday)

Some are like 6 minutes driving distance away from the con, so maybe we could pick you up. They seem to be around 29.99 a night also. :D

Ok, from what I gather, a few of you (Hitori and Jbone) *may* need housing while in Austin. As Carlos has already indicated, a lot of us AMV creators live in Austin (Carlos, Willem/Julian, Brad(AtomX), EK and myself). I apologize for not posting earlier (the forum wouldn't let me log on for 4 months!!!), but do you still need a place? BTW MJ, if Willem's place is too crowded, I can easily take you in. In any case, shoot me an e-mail guys and I'll see you guys at Ushicon!
