Yes there will be a charge (should get final details in a day or two) but I'll do what I can to keep things resonable (as reasonable as a private room can be, anyway).

Right now I'm awaiting final numbers to see about us having a private pizza party in the convention center connected to the con hotel. Chunk E Cheese was too small and WAY too kid oriented for our needs. The restaurant we went last year was nice but the seating made group socializing hard.
