Shoujocon, The End of

Post by TaranT » Mon Oct 25, 2004 2:31 am

This appears to be old news from last August, but it hasn't been posted here yet:
Anime-Cons.com wrote:Shoujocon 2005 has been cancelled. This announcement comes five months after the cancellation of Shoujocon 2004. No future Shoujocon conventions are planned.

The article is also out of date, as this note is from late August or early September.

To sum up, "it's not dead yet!"

I've heard from reliable birds that the convention 2005 WILL be happening. (happy dance). They hope to announce 'when' it will be in the near future. (I would guess after Yaoi-con 2004, as alot of people go to both).
