San Diego Comic-Con International! INFO WANTED!!!!

I wish to know the precise information about this year's Comic-con in san diego. I heard from shonen jump that the creator of Rurouni Kenshin and Buso Renkin, Nobuhiro Watsuki will be arriving there in July!! I want to know the exact days he'll be there, his hours, and If he'll ACTUALLY be there this year or next year. The official website didn't have Mr. Watsuki's name on the guest list, So I'm wondering if Shonen Jump is Actually telling the truth about his coming.

If anybody out there has anything about this they like to share, Please don't hold back!! Very much appreciated it!
