Sakura-Con AMV Dinner

Hey all going to Sakura-Con

For everyone planning on going to the Dinner on Thursday here are the plans

We are gonna meet up at and around 6:00 PM Thursday night in the Convention Center on the first floor. Using either entrance from Pike Street will put you in the general area. The reason for this is that is a public space where you do not need any badges to get into. There are a lot of tables and chairs so that you dont have to stand while waiting.

I want to set our tentative place to eat as the Rock Bottom Brewery, but if people have other suggestions we can go with those as well.

Cheesecake Factory is a pain to get into, and its a pain to handle a possible large group, and as we wont know how large the group is until Thursday calling ahead wouldnt make much sense.

I hope to see lots of you there this year

Where will we meet.. I don't think there is gneral access to the AMV room that night...

no general access to any of the function space. I am thinking public space. Floor 1. main entrance.

I'll be in Seattle pretty early Thursday so I'll be there... i don't know the con or the area at all so i hope i don't get lost

shouldnt be too hard to find. The main entrance is on 7th and pike, just go through those doors and people will be in that general area, if you walk straight and up some steps by the food area you will see the first floor fountain

HA HA HA.. Better Be Nice to "This Old Man" or he'll make you sit outside the AMV room all weekend long
