Match of Premiere

I want to know which Premiere is the best, with what i can do many, which is rugged. And what is the Differnez between Premier Pro 1.5 or 2.0 to Pro 7.0?

Overall i want to know which is the best Premiere to edit...

pro 7.0 does not exist.
sometimes people call pro 1.0 7.0 because it came right after premiere 6.5.
