ADV Films registers KanonTV.com???

Usually I don’t keep up with licensing news or much US-licensed anime news, but this got me a little excited. With the recent licensing of AIR by ADV, it doesn’t seem very much of a surprise that they would also want Kanon. However since ADV licensed both AIR TV and Movie, made by two different companies, which Kanon did they acquire? Well obviously it would be the KyoAni version but it does make me wonder if they also decided to get the Toei version as well.

It's common practice for liscensers to squat urls now. They sign contracts to give them back if the deal falls through though.
