I as welll. I only really listen to my ipod when I'm on some sort of trip or at school (free time). Otherwise, it's a CD player or my mother's old vinyls for me.RamonesFan2020204 wrote:I still buy CDs, tapes and vinyl albums. Almost every song in my iTunes library is directly copied from CDs I own.
There's something satisfying about having a tangible CD that downloading an mp3 just can't achieve, I'm sorry. I will never let go of CDs.
As for decent music - yeah, most of the stuff on the radio now is crap. Personally, though, I prefer "oldies." Pretty much any overplayed Motown, 70's, or 80's Hit is in my top list.
And you know... I had NO idea that there was so much "emo" and "rock" music around... I mean, where did all of these bands come from all of a sudden? Seriously, I didn't even know they existed until earlier this year and my friend Bence was like, "What did you think people listen to?"
I guess it never occured to me.
I don't care for rock, myself. Except for Queen, Aerosmith and Bon Jovi.
