Direct/indirect linking woes

I can't link to a video file on my own site nor indirect link to a download page. The links work fine otherwise and I don't see any naming weirdness in "eyesshutwide.mp4" or "download.html"

Org gives me:

ERROR: Link is not valid: Server - Not Found

Help?

put it in a rar or zip file and link to that... O.o

Try turning it into a tinyurl. Seems to me lately the whole org hates links ending in a .format.

Er, sorry, just link to a page that has the video on it that they can right click, or does even that not work?

I had a problem similar to this. I was hosting my files on iFastnet and kept getting a not found error from this site even though I could download it fine. Then I went across town and couldn't access iFastnet from there. I think it's some type of routing problem where this site just can't reach ishtori.net
So it's probably your choice of server and not the file extension or anything like that. My files worked fine once I switched to freewebtowns.
