Your favorite anime opening/ending and why you like it.

I got bored.. so I thought of something: what's everyones favorite anime opening/closing, and why do you like it? If there is already a thread for this.. it's probably dead by now anyways.

Anyways... this is no more pointless than the "what are you listening to right now?" thread.. so I'll give it a shot.

My favorite opening at the moment would probably be the one for Shingetsutan Tsukihime simply because of the shear creepyness and beauty of it. Both the artwork and the music are beautiful yet haunting, and somewhat addicting.

My favorite ending.. hmm... the ending for Kannazuki no Miko would be my favorite for two reasons: Yuri and Kotoko.

I'm really curous to see the different responses I get, so try to give this thread a chance. And btw.. if this isn't in the right section(which I highly doubt), redirect it please.

My favorite opening for an anime is the one from Manabi Straight. What makes it stand out is the style of the animation, and even how it incorporates the credits. The animation and style is very unique. The image is almost never static, even when it's only looking at credits, and rather than credits being random text on the screen, the girls in the show are running around, spraying the credits along the walls (If they aren't there already).

I can't really place a favorite ending though. Even though I have a ton of openings I like there are a few that stand out, but not so for endings, there are a ton I really like equally.

My favourite beggining would be... Each Bleach opening! They combine great music,and nice scene choose for every opening,besides in openings you may see characters dressed up the way they won't show up on series itself.. I'd say this is my first time seein' such a opening style o.O

As for ending I must agree with O-Kagachi - Kannazuki No Miko. But my reasons would be more for kotoko,and I just love the way they put in ending at the very good moment..

The opening for Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is probably my most favorite ever. The song itself is beautiful and haunting, and the animation for it is gorgeous and creepy.

Romeo X Juliet has a very pleasant and poetic Opening. You'll love the crescendo!

My favorite OP's and ED's would be tied with Full Metal Panic:Fumoffu and HAppy Lesson Advance.

I just really like the songs and to me they just seem to pump up my enthusiasm for the anime.
