Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

So far, I've only watched the first disk of CC, so it's hard for me to get this video.

Yay it's released!

I never get tired of watching this, even after all those months of betas you gave me. I really think all your painstaking hours of syncing and tweaking effects have paid off. And it's great to finally see a video about Chrono, and a video with creative effects usage. It shall be a favourite of mine for years to come.

x2

I looked away twice, and got up to go get a soda from the fridge once. This is how I know whether a video is one that grabs me or not. If I can't move, then the video is really doing something for me. If I can do stuff while the video is still playing, and have time to do stuff while the video is playing, the pace is dragging way too much. I liked the effects in a generic way, but this video wasn't for me. |:

Editing was blah. Story was forgettable. Effects were awesome though. Even the simple ones, like the grain filters and color alterations. Loved the glass/shatter effect, I didn't think it ever really looked cheesy or out of place.

Overall though, this video didn't really do much for me. Just another pretty boring angsty drama video. Meh.

3/5 for effects and quality...but I just couldn't get into the actual editing and story itself.

seems like you rejected Linkin Park for so long that you forgot how Linkin Park sounds :| cuz' LP and Red doesnt nearly sound the SAME.

I was not able to enjoy this AMV in any possible way.
Music was terrible, editing was a mess and nice effects don't save that.
I feel quite sorry for the spent time. But I've seen much more enjoyable CC AMVs done with much less effort.

Also, was it really worth, using software for several thousands of dollars for this?
