Another thing I want to ask; from the begining I wanted to make a mix (I'm not very much skilled referring to mixing music

, it's not that I don't know how but my taste is kind of weird). Since we have had a lot of music changes I didn't want to say anything but for the finals you'll have to send the wav file.

Ah, the questinon is: Is there someone who wants to make the mix?

Depending on how I'd get the wav/mp3 files I could at least give it a try (because I don't really want to go through receiving 1gb via 20kb/s AIM transfer). But I really doubt that I'm gonna be lucky enough for the tracks to come together nicely enough for me. I'd also really just be using Premiere and other simple tools too though so I guess if we could find someone that knows how to work Audition/Cool Edit or something similar the right way that that would be much better.

The Problem is that the MEP has such a vast variety of different music styles that mixing it together the right way mostly depends on how to make the transitions since we can't arrange the music anymore so best would be someone that knows how to work those DJ-like mix transitions.

Besides you wanna do the mix now already? I mean some of those members still listed on the main page haven't checked in to post their status at all, did you get confirmation that all of them are still with us to begin with?

I have a friend who's in college for audio editing specifically, he's really good, I bet he'd help out if I ask him nicely. He owes me one anyway.

If he can't do it, I can give it a try. I use CEP, and I'm getting pretty decent at audio editing. Not as good as my friend, but not bad. I'm also concerned about the file transfer though - how're we going to be doing this, u_queen? Do you have an FTP we're going to upload to?

No, as I said, I'm just asking it for the finals. I've been in contact with almost all of the participants (not in the forum, by PM most of the cases).

Well, talked to my friend, and he says the time frame's pretty bad for him to do the audio editing. He's gonna be heading back to school around when the final vids are due, so he won't be able to help us out.
I'm more than willing to give it a shot, u_queen, if you can't find anyone more experienced. I generally do all my own audio editing for my masquerade skits and I haven't heard any complaints there yet, so... I'm pretty confident that I can pull this off, and if it doesn't live up to your standards feel free to find someone else, I won't take offense.
