AFAIK BeSweet doesn't run on 64-bit OSes and there isn't a run-around.

It's a little tiny speaker icon in the info header part of the track on the timeline.
Other than that...I've never had a problem like this. Can you create a new project and load the .wav file into it and have it play? How about any other .wav files? If you can't play any sounds in Premiere, it might be some sort of glitch with Premiere talking to your soundcard or onboard sound system's drivers.

The strange thing is that Premiere worked absolutely fine for about two weeks or something, and then the audio stopped working... I still can't see why... >__< Though, I read at some page that it might have something to do with the soundcard... But I don't know what to do about it in that case...

You can try updating the soundcard driver, or if you did so recently, rolling it back to the previous driver.
