Little Kuriboh's Yugioh! The Abridged Movie has already been deleted once. They only need to delete it once more.

That's not a good thing. The Abridged series is more legal than our stuff is.

I thought more legal and more illegal didn't exist. Anyway, I think this Youtube having lawsuitaphobia. Other than the Wind-Up fiasco has there ever been cease and desists by any copyright holders?

legality is a matter of interpretation and argument proven and justified by the judicial branch (in the USA) of which can change depending on the whims of the people in power. that said, if you don't have the money or the oratory skills and argument, the line is best left un-blurred.
