Any guides on BeSweet GUI?

I have downloaded the AMVApp quite a while ago, and i know that BeSweet GUI is used to convert audio files to a .WAV type of format. The only thing is, i have no idea how to use it at all. I tried playing around with it, and when i tried to convert a song, the mp3 file that i used to convert wouldnt play at all, as if i contaminated it, in some way. I dont want to mess up my computer [again....], so do any of you know where i can find a guide on how to use this program? I would greatly appreciate it.

I would probably use Absolute Destiny's 224 CBR profile or less [...128 is standard, I like 192...] since I hear there's a bug in Lame for 320kbps

Well, it doesn't play right in some media players [VLC is fine though], but all I know is I tried sending this vid into a contest once, and they couldn't get the audio to work properly. So I made this thread and that's the answer I got.

Do you know if the same problem happen when LAME@320 is applied through VDM (for example) instead of BeSweet?

dunno,

not sure if it's the profile used, or specific to LAME, but these days, I don't encode higher than 224 anyway, because honestly, I would have to listen real close to notice the difference between 224 and 320kbps; unless I had an outstanding source to begin with... sometimes it amazes me that CD quality is actually CD quality... not to mention that some anime DVDs would have you believe that they are DVD quality...
