Credit Donations

Im not sure if im posting this in the right place if im not im sorry. Over a month ago I donated $12 from a credit card (its on my bill and everything so I know it was paid) Yet on my main members page it says I still havnt paid it but I paid the same day I donated (April 7th) I noticed in another post someone said to contact the person that handles the credit donations. I did but got no responce. Any ideas?

When I loged on today It was no longer pending. So I guess it all worked out. Thanks again!

Sorry guys. I caught up with a ton of donations last night. There are still a bundle I can't do at the moment, because I need security access from Phade. So...it's just a matter of getting a hold of him before I can finish off the rest

I made my donation during April but it still say's it's pending. Could someone please look into this? I can understand traveling around a lot can be a hassle but it has been months now...

I sent an email the day I made the donation because I got an error message on the AMVs site after the payment went through fine with PayPal, attaching a copy of the reciept email PayPal sent me on the successive payment completion. Today I got an email back saying there were technical issues and now I need to donate by mail. Hopefully this means that after these months have passed someone is finally going through their emails but if that's the best response I can get when I still have the reciept in my inbox... I will not donate again, I know that for certain. And I will get my money back if it takes more than a month for them to get to that email I just sent. PayPal has a way of dealing with these issues, a dispute centre to reclaim lost money when little mistakes like this happen. But I do hope it doesn't have to come to that. I'll be satisfied if they will simply acknowledge my money that I now regret sending them...

I'm sorry if this seems harsh to anyone reading this, especially those running this site, but I have limited funds and over US$10 just disappearing is no small matter to me and I am greatly offended that my email with reciept included was simply discarded with information on how else I can donate, that's just salt in the wound. I have been a member on this site for several years now, I have enjoyed many AMVs downloaded here and shared them with friends and family with laughter and tears. I tried to do something to give something back. Is it really so much to ask that one donation be acknowledged and that I don't have to make another because your site had an error when PayPal did not? I will forward the reciept to anyone that asks, it's right here in another window, binding proof my money was sent and got through. Someone needs to do something about this. If there are such hassles involved in donations I think you should have blocked them long ago. If there isn't someone to keep a regular eye on donations either someone should have been found or again the option should have been taken down. In all disappointment I must make a declaration to PayPal within the month and get my money back if nothing is to be done about this. Why can't someone just go to PayPal and search for all donations from my email address and see it plain as day right there..? Yes I'm frustrated and I'm letting it out on you guys but come on, you must be able to see my points here. Wouldn't you get frustrated to if you tried hard to make a donation and make sure it was aware that the donation had gotten through then months later been told that there was a glitch and you can donate in this other way when you have the reciept in your hand? Anyone would call scam and only reason I'm not is because I have been on this site for years and it would be so very sad to believe that.

Anyhow, rant over. Good luck to everyone else getting their donations acknowledged or refunded by PayPal with the dispute centre if you think that is necessary. And good night at last! *Goes to sleep for the first time in far too long~* -.-zzz
