I doubt they have the time to physically check each and every video they flag as copyright infringement to see if they are amvs or fansubs.
Heh I thought it was naruto, but nope it was Hamasaki Ayumi, I noticed when Ayumix got flaged a couple days after I uploaded it, copyright claim by Avex int. (Avex seems to be very anal with the copyright issue, they have the most annoying copy protection on their cds also making it unable to play in my portable mp3 cd player) So if you upload anything produced by Avex, don't put the artist name in the description ;p
