i only put random crap on my desktop... I'd clear it more often, but I can't delete from the list on my sidebar, so it just kinda adds up till I get sick of seeing crap in the list and decide to delete/move the crap.

I usually only do this when I'm not in editing mode. I downgrade everything so I can use the resources for other things, but completely cleaned, organized, and prettified:

I keep all my icons on the left, I have them hidden cause there is tons of garbage... >_> need to do some cleanin.

Meh! I love MACs! If I ever actually make enough (stupid min. wage internship....), I so plan on purchasing a lovely Mac. Final Cut Studio 2.0 is like the God (IMO) of editing. Sigh* Drool*
