yeay! forum is back. anyway i am really bored today and i figured i'd post something to get the exitement back a little. ok i figured lets compare games. i know there's few people who can say just one game is their fav. but i figure lets put some games against each other so choose wisley a game that you think can beat what other people think is good and get ready for a..... good clean family style debate... what do you say?

definitly super smash brother melee in my opinion is the best fighter game and yes i have played the dead or alive series and soul calibur. but for the debate i choose the game grandia 2. an awsome game with great gameplay and a beat all end all battle system set up, i have been spoiled by it, playing normal rpgs is actually a little boring without that setup and i liked the way mp and uprgrades and the player abilities worked. shure the story was kinda sappy towards the end but the game itself still kicked.
but to list some other really good games
-crono trigger
-crono cross
-doa3
-halo
-super smash bros. & melee
-sword of the bersek: gats rage
-ogre battle 64
any of these you want to dispute the goodness of any of these games feel free to do so, this is after all a debate.
to begin i guess i'll say that after playing warcraft 3 i was disapointed. the graphics were decent but un impressive if you ask me and it ran slowly. that might just be my cpu but the story and objectives weren't that great and i must say i was bored with the whole thing.

Parts of the first player mode of WarCraft III did seem a little lacking, but the map editer was bad ass. You can do just about any thing in there.
I haven't played doa3, but I did play two, and I heard they almost the same game except for graphics. I thought it was fun, but nothing special.
Halo had some really amazingly good single/coop levels, but the other mutli player modes seemed under defeloped. Golden Eye and Perfect Drak had much better mutli player. There weren't enough guns/weapons to keep it intresting.
