AMV creating help

I've never made an AMV before, and I'm having difficulty putting music with my cideo that I made on Windows Movie Maker. Any help? Suggetions?

I have a converter that converts audio and video. The problem is when I convert the audio of things like for example ranting sounds to make a funny video, the audio wont split or play. The music I convert works, but not somthing thats not music. Do I need a codec or somthing???

It means you're not being specific. What converter are you using? What audio codecs are you converting from and to? Etc.

The converter only takes stuff from You-tube or other, I convert the audio to mp3 if its a vid it converts to wmv
