Maybe it has something to do with the fact that every friggin Con you go to nowadays has every other person wearing a friggin hidden leaf village headband. That's waht passes for a costume?

Bear in mind that I haven't seen the majority of anime that's in that list.

On the third one: I don't know which episode, but that's definitely from the second season of School Rumble.
