Premiere Pro Issues

Alright so I have a couple of issues I was hoping people could help me with.

A) Newer versions such as Premiere Pro 2 and CS3 don't automatically conform the audio on the anime avi files I'll import, and so the sound will not come in with them. In other words Ill bring an episode into the drop bin, but only the video is registered in the program. I know in amv's the audio from an anime is not kept, but I don't care, I still like the starting audio as a basis, making this an issue.

B) When I try to work with the latest episodes of one piece, for example, there is horrible graphic tearing, as in, when the frames change to a different image the pixels will break open and parts of the old image will be left on the frame.

Both of the issues above do not occur in premiere pro elements 3, however I would not like to use that for making my amv's, it does not have as much capabilities as the other Premieres, plus it takes up HD space.

You could simply exctract sound steam using many other programs,then just add it to file bin...

What codec are you using for your footage? If it's downloaded and you didn't went trough VDubMod with them,then most likely they're XviD.

And if you don't want Elements to take up HD space,just remove audio steam when rendering episodes...

For some reason I can't put it as a hyperlink... Anyway,that's the link to "K-Lite Codec Pack" - the newst version of this free codec pack. Download it (just copy&paste link in your browser),install it,and then there will be this little program,it's called "GSpot" - just drop your file and it'll show you all statistics needed.

As for CS3 then I don't know about that,I have Pemiere Pro 1.5,but it conforms audio by itself..

To fix that problem,if you have XviD encoded files,then I guess you'll have to go trough AbsoluteDestiny & ErMaC's Technical Guides to All Things Audio and Video mk2,get yourself AMVApp,and then go with eps you need trough VDubMod..
