Audio editing help

I'm looking to use this song for an AMV, but it's just too long.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me out and edit it. I'm looking to remove from the guitar solo on, but can't seem to find the right place to make a cut. Thanks so much for any help anyone can offer!!

I guess nobody replied...
I made you 2 versions. v1 is 3:45 with a long solo fade. v2 is 4:00 with a cut and paste to blend it back together.
