Those connections can be very fluxuating in their speed and stuff.. So like I said at the very start. it's normal. My wireless Intranets does that to.

try moving your computer closer to the router O.o (if youre on a wireless routing network) or if there is someone sharing the network, tell them to stop downloading stuff and eating the bandwidth O.o
