I've been a lurker for a few years and have finally decided to start making videos. I really need some good solid feedback to improve though (compliments are nice, but I'd like to know what you think I could improve on). I don't have any requirements for the exchange so hit me with whatever you have, I'll try to be detailed.

Also, download from the direct or indirect links. Indirect will download faster if you're willing to deal with it. The local video isn't compressed or cropped properly so I'd suggest it only if you cannot get the other two to work.
